图书介绍:本书从“概念”、“态度”和“篇章”三个层面来研究“把”字句在现代汉语语篇中的意义及其在英语语篇中的表达形式。研究的基本路径是“提出假设-实证研究-得出结论”。主要结论包括:1)“概念”层面上,各种类型的“把”字句形成了一个表达致使情境的连续统;英语中可以表达致使义的句式非常多样,其中最常见的句式包括SVO、SVOA以及SVOC。2)“态度”层面上,“把”字句体现为一种评价资源,主要用来放大说话者的态度;在英语中这种语用功能可以通过”直接评价词汇”,“态度突显词汇”及“非常规句型”等手段来实现。3)“篇章”层面上,“把”字句中的主语是主要话题,宾语是次要话题。二者在语篇中多为链中话题,有承上启下的衔接作用。此外,本研究还通过发掘“把”字句表达致使义的认知语义特征,来解释其意义的独特性。
