图书介绍:本书汇集了作者及其所培养的几十名博士二十多年间在国内外发表的有关学术论文200余篇,涉及到钢中贝氏体和β-黄铜中贝氏体转变及新型准贝氏体钢等方面的内容。关于贝氏体相变机制问题,学术界一直存在着激烈的争论。本书中通过测定研究贝氏体转变体激活能,新相长大增厚过程,表面浮凸效应,与母相界面关系,晶体学、形貌学等;特别是实验发现贝氏体孕育期母相中形成贫、富溶质区(类Spinodal分解),当贫溶质区成分达到等温温度作为Ms点时,该区能以马氏体样形核并继而长大成为低过饱和度的固溶体,称贝氏体;钢中贝氏体立即自回火和富碳区转变为碳化物而成典型贝氏体;以上种种,证实了贝氏体相变的切变性质并建立了贝氏体切变相变热力学。含Si钢可以形成无碳化物的准贝氏体(铁素体+残余奥氏体),对准贝氏体钢的力学行为研究表明,在抗拉强度与回火马氏体相近的条件下,其屈服强度虽稍低,但冲击韧性、断裂韧性及疲劳强度均有提高,亦优于典型贝氏体钢(铁素体+渗碳体)。本书对作者研制成功的新型高强、高韧、可焊、耐磨的Si-Mn-Mo系准贝氏体钢及其应用也做了介绍。
