图书介绍:本书通过对搜集的关于父母干预和学生成绩关系的文献进行元分析,指出了父母干预对学生成绩有积极地作用,但作用并不是很大,其平均效应量为 + 0.16。此外,还就所选文献中关于两者关系的不同效应量进行了分析,并提出了今后研究的方向。此书的特点是元分析这一研究方法。元分析的研究对象是发表或未发表的文献中就某一话题的数据。把这些数据转化为事先设定的表示效应量的系数(常用的有correlational coefficient, Cohen’d, 和odds ratio),然后算出所有所选文献的平均效应量。其目的是看某一话题在研究领域中的总体结论和趋势。
